Title: question re attachments

I was just trying to see if I could send an attachment with reply but seem to be doing it incorrectly.
I assume as long as less than 8MB and saved as a jpeg can I just browse, select to pic and send it with a message (relpy) or is there more to it than that.
Any help is appreciated

Attachments must be less than 80KB.
