Does anyone know why this insert range (BEY insert range 3.645-3.735) appears to be scarcer than the others?

Mark,
I was talking to Gilles last week on this very topic.
It appears that eventhough the 2005 $10 Jenkins-Dodge, BEY (3.645M - 3.735M) is the highest range
of BEY inserts, they were the first BEY inserts to be used and were primarily seen in BEY bricks in the
4M to 5M ranges, and then only in very small quantities. Those BEY bricks haven't been seen for
sometime, so it is unlikely any more will be found in UNC.

This is an area I am addressing via letter to Gilles this week as well.
BEY 4 and 5 M range were already on the 40/on skip-1000 pattern, while the BEY 3M inserts MAY NOT have been. Meaning..... the BEY replacements descriibed above may in fact be single note replacements.
