I have little experiance with rotator and radar notes. Its appears VF-EF condition.
How much is this note worth? or better yet what can i get for this note.

According to Charlton, it is worth $115 in Unc... So using the value guide it would be worth $46 in VF and $69 in EF. You shouldn't have a hard time selling this note, heck I would be interested in buying or trading for it.
