I just picked up a brick at Libro in Waterloo.
Attached is a picture so it may be easier to see, than explain.
10 bundles of 100 notes
8 bundles white bands
1 bundle green band
1 bundle blue band (that's right blue)
I wonder if the red bands will be here soon ???
The brick has 1 white plastic band around the middle and large rubber bands on each end.
The entire brick is in thick plastic sealed wrapper with BOC labelling.
I will post if anything interesting in it when I get a chance to go through it.

Wow, now that's a first. Question is: Will da bundle numbers and Prefixes be in sequence or just mixed? Me guess is da next color will be plaid.
Happy tots,

Looks like this brick will take me some time to go through, but the way it looks to me now is that as I go through a bundle, if a note is missing out of sequence I find it in the blue bundled notes. As of now, 3 notes missing from 3 bundles, but are in the blue bundle and the 3 notes replacing the 3 missing notes are in consecutive sequence of those that should be in the blue bundle. Make sense ???
The other thing is that the majority of the notes in the blue bundle are ink stained, smeared, ink transferred etc.
I have attached a pic to show what I am talking about. The one consistent thing is that numbers like zereos (0), and nines (9) tend to be ink filled.
In the pic, the last three 9's are filled and if you look at the other 2 notes, the last digit is smeared, but transferred to the adjoining note where the triangular smear appears on the left side (right shoulder) of Sir Wilfred Laurier's jacket.
Some notes are actually stuck together, so when I tried to separate them they began to tear. I will go through the rest later, just that I want to see if in fact every missing note is actually in the blue banded bundle. Trying to do it slowly so I don't get things mixed up. Not sure if it is worth the effort. ???

Finally got through the entire brick and all numbers have been found and accounted for, so definitely a consecutive brick with a little re sorting. NO REPLACEMENTS WERE FOUND :'(
As I thought, the blue banded bundle contained all of the numbers that were taken out of the other bundles. Also, the blue banded bundle contained mostly ink type problems like nines, zeros, and some sixes filled in as well as other smears and ink type errors.
Anyways, if I can finally get my picture software working ??? I will post some of the notes.

If it were me , I think I would be holding onto that bundle....... even if it's just a conversation piece.

Another care package will be on it's way out on Monday.
I hope the filet mignon and lobster tails I sent last time where tasty.
This time I will include some caviar and a vintage selection of cheeses.
Let me know when it arrives 8)

These are some the the ink errors I was talking about.
999 filled in and the smeared 5 transferred to the previous note See Wilfred's shoulder (Triangular ink smear)
-
That is really cool! :)

I also found a couple of ink smears in a brick I was going though. Could this be a new error for us to look for ???

That smeared out 5 is very cool. You got a very special bundle, from the look of things.
