Title: HOM Journey $5s missing in new 20th edition CDN paper money book.

How come HOM Journey $5s without the foil strip, aren't listed in the latest 20th edition of CDN. paper money?

I found it, funny, I looked a couple of times before and didn't see it. Maybe I have to get my eyes checked?
