Title: Lasting Impression Note

I have a lasting impression set and the 89 10.00 bill, you are able to see the front printing on through to the back? Is this normal for these or not. You can lightly see it in the top left of the picture by the 10 in the corner. It is alot more visible then the picture shows. You can see heavy amounts of ink near the bottom and then outline of the top of his head? Any info would be great...

I have seen this quite often on BEF, BEG, and BEH $10 Birds.
