Sorry, It isn't a Lawson Bouey. It has Bouey on it , but I am not sure as to what the other signature says.  Serial number is BCF8721510.  1973  is the year

1973 $1 / Crow-Bouey / 3 letters:

VG - AU $1 / UNC - $3 / Ch. UnC $4 / G. UnC. $5

Since they have been hoarded by collectors, they have no value unless they're in uncirculated condition.
