Title: ink on notes

Hey guys. This has probably been flogged to death on here before but I was wondering if there was an easy way and/or how to safely remove ink from notes without doing too much damage? Any replies?

I think the topic has been covered before but when... i don't remember. Removing ink from notes is not recomended, usually it only decreases the value further.
