Hello, You have a Modified  1954 $1 with the signatures of Beattie/Coyne.
The prefix H/M is a short run prefix. With a book value of $4 for                  VG condition up to $40 for an Unc. note. A scan or picture would allow for a more accurate value.  Thanks Dave
