Title: Dominion of Canada, Four Dollars, 1900
Post by: stuartr on February 10, 2008, 05:23:04 pm
I recently inherited this bill:

Dominion of Canada, Four Dollars, 1900, Courtney signature, Series A., OTTAWA, Serial 062668. Condition VG to F.

I've read this was a one year type note that depicts the Sault Ste. Marie lift locks on the United States side.

Looking for its approximate value.

Many thanks in advance,

Stuart.

Book value is $475 for Good, $1,250 for Very Good.  A scan would give a better idea of the note's condition.

Ah... I never had use for a scanner before now. Thanks for the quick response!-
