I want to know what is the difference between these two book, I'm confuse...

From briefly reading the information on easchcatalogue it would appear that they contain somewhat different information for the type of collector they are trying to appeal to. The first book appears to have trends prices on what US dealers will pay for some CDN coins and some trend prices on papermoney up to the Bird Series were the second catalogue does not.  You should read what information each catalogue contains and then decide which if any suits your purposes.
