Title: 1954 $2 "Modified"(?) Note
Post by: moonspenders on February 26, 2008, 12:30:12 pm
I thought I might as well check, even though I'm sure it's nothing special. Still, I haven't found one like it online yet, so who knows...

The signatures are Beattie/Raminsky, number I/U 0778986. I would say it's in "good condition", wrinkled, center fold, evidence of triple fold, yellowed from age, but still stiff.

I haven't seen any I/U notes online, so it has me curious...

Hi this notes value is listed at $2 in fine and $3 in very fine. I/U is part of a full run of 10 million notes.
