from one of our favourite e-bay sellars

would you concider this off-cut to be of any value?
what if it was uncirculated?

If I found this in circulation, I would hold on to it.  I don't think I would buy this note and if I did, I wouldn't pay much more than face for it.

Given this sellers history, my guess would be that the reserve is over $100.
