I just came across a 1937 $20 bill signed by Osborne/Towers A/E 0237990 any ideas as to worth?

A description of the condition would help to determine value. It's worth between $70 in very good - $3,700 in Gem uncirculated  A scan or picture would be best.

Hi Gary, this bill feels waxy to me (is this normal for a 1937 bill?) it has some dirty marks on the white border part plus one fold on the corner. It is not uncirculated. I don't have a scanner but will try to post a photo ( I'm new to this tech stuff)

That bill is probably worth around $250.00 maybe $300.00
