Title: Uncut $1 dollar canadian bills

I have an uncut sheet of $1 Canadian currency from 1973.  Can you tell me what it is worth.  They  are 5x8

 This would be worth $225 in almost uncirculated in the catalogue but sell for less on ebay. You may want to look on ebay to see what they sell for but I think about $175.
