Title: 25 cent paper shinplaster??

I have a Dominion of Canada shinplaster from jan 2/1900 that i am thinking of selling.it has 3 folds in it and is dirty but doesnt have any tears.Any idea what I should ask for it??Hopefully i can attach a picture

According to the Charlton Standard, 20th edition, it is about Fine condition worth $16.
