Title: 1937 One Dollar Bill

I just came into a $1 bill from 1937.  Decent condition...a few bends and a very small rip.  Serial # T over N 0697347, looks to be signed by Towers and another signature I can't make out...start with what looks like J.E

The note is a Coyne-Towers $1 note in what is referred to as "very fine" condition and I believe is worth $20 in this condition.
