Title: Help
Post by: jmelnitzer on September 08, 2008, 08:36:11 pm
I'm not a collector but have a visitor from Chile who has been asked by a friend to get new unfolded samples of current Canadian bank notes and coins. Does anyone have any idea how I can do this?

Thanks.

I would recommend going to your bank and asking them for new notes, and see where that gets you. Most times they are very friendly and try to help you out.

This will not cost you anything more then face value if you can get the notes. If this does not work, email me, I may have a few notes or I can recommend a few dealers you can try.

Cheers

Thanks so much. All we're looking for is a 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100. I'll check at the bank and get back to you if I can. But I'm in somewhat of a time bind, and if you could send me the name of the dealers in the meantime, I'd appreciate it.

A casino is a good place to get new notes as well.

Yes that's why I said   "A casino is a good place to get new notes as well."
