 What kind of condition is it in? Are there folds, writing or tares?

there are no rips or tares or folds.

These 1967 notes are very very common.  This one is worth anywhere from $1.00 if somewhat circulated to $4.00 if in completely perfect crisp uncircualted condition.  These are catalog values but in reality, unless its perfect, give it to someone, or spend it.  Hope this helps, Murray.
