Post by: sparrowhawk on January 06, 2009, 10:15:55 pm
My mother recently found an envelope with 10 1954 $20 bills and I was curious of the value

All are in good condition with no rips (except the one mentioned).  They have been in an envelope since the early 70's.

Thanks

Assuming they don't have ANY folds or other imperfections, they can be worth about $100, but they are probably folded, maybe dirty, and worth closer to $30. In this case, I would need photos of ALL the notes before I can give a more accurate estimate.
