Title: HOW can you call this a "Choice UNC" ???

Is it just me or this note should be a regular UNC, if not an AU?

Forget what the holder states, look at the bottom corner, it is nicked and soft. Need I say more

Exactly! And he is selling it for $500 more than a GEM? I don't get why peope give away free money to eBay like that.

Yes... But the PMG Holder says CUNC-64..

So.......It MUST Be true.  Case Closed.
