Title: Is $20 ELF 4725825 A changeover note??

i just got it at the ATM and in ottawa and it's printed in 2007 ELF4725825 FRT=25 BK=46
IS it a changeover note or not

Don't know....  we have seen ELE up to 7.5M with the 2006 date, but no reports yet of an ELF with 2006 date.
I'd hang onto it for now.
