Title: 1974 $2.00 BANK NOTES--LACK OF INK AT PRINTING.

Hi.  I just come into two interesting bank notes--errors I believe. They are 1974, $2.00 issue. I have a scan if I can upload to the form you will see what I am referring to. The first note is normal in color. The second note is fainter, about 20% and some of the design is missing are very faint. the third note is really faint, lack of ink I mean, and is very obvious. the Reverse side is normal color with no design missing. Interested in opinions from the members of this great form.  TOMMYBOY

Sorry--I can't get the scans to the form. I just can't work the program imageshack.
