Title: $10 banknote rotated and shifted

$10 Canadian banknote
FDT3668257

issue of 2001

the back side is proper

the front side is shifted vertically by 3-5 mm ( so that 'Sir John A. etc
text meant as caption under his bust appears at the top) and is rotated by
ca 1 degree clockwise.

How common are such misprints? Is it unique and valuable?
