How much is a 1000 dollar note from 1954. Its very good condition

If the serial number is A/K 0029999 or lower, it's a devil's face note and is worth maybe $1500 in VG.  Serial numbers A/K 0030001 and up are modified notes, and in VG are just worth face value.  Spend it.
