Welcome to the forum!

Your bills will be 1989 not 86, and the price in UNC condition will be $20.00 dollars each, maybe a bit more for the consecutive run. Hope this helps...

I am confused,  I just checked the J&M catalogue lists the ANH prefix at $250 dollars for AU. I must be missing something?

Is it possible that they are offering a note in the insert range? (ANH 3560000 to ANH 3959999?)
It books at $250 in AU.

In ANH there is a changeover in signature and a replacement range

Cat. No        Prefix      Date      Sig          Numbers (range)                      Unc Price
BC-56c-i       ANH        1986     Bn/Th         0000000-3519998                    $125
BC-56d         ANH        1986     Kn-Th         3520000-9999999                    $12
BC-56dA       ANH        1986     Kn-Th         Between 3.560M & 3.960M         $500
