The Canadian Bank of Commerce "TORONTO" bill dated "2nd JAN'Y 1935, red numbers 006448. says in very bottom right corner "design registerd 1934"

I have seen the picture of your note and the catalog value is $250. It's technical grade is (Very Fine) and the note looks original.
