Title: 1973 Canadian dollar bill uncirculated with *
Post by: Karen on August 25, 2009, 08:15:14 pm
I'm new to this and was wondering if anyone can help me out.  My father had collected alot of uncirculated money and I have no idea what anything is worth or why he chose to keep it.

Can anyone tell me what  20 Canadian dollar bills, uncirculated and in sequence, with an asterik in front of the serial number might be worth.  The serial numbers begin with MZ

Thanks

The notes I have are in mint condition (still crisp)!  Can you explain your terminology to me - I am very new to this.  What do you mean by "Gem unc" and "au"?  Sorry to be a bother.

The terminology for the Unc grades can be found at this website: http://www.banknotecertification.com/theuncgrades.php

Hope BCS doesn't mind me posting the terminology thats from there website. Its just the first Canadian grading service that had terminology. (That I could think of)
