Hello collectors,

I have this note that I pulled from some bricks I searched earlier this year. Among them were swims notes from the insert range. I sold  2 digit radars before and replacement notes but never a 2 digit cycle repeater radar in the insert range and the changeover prefix. It's a fairly high number too. So it's for sale here instead of ebay.

This note falls within the latest confirmed insert range ELU (9,720-9,990), according to Gilles latest list.
