This note reads:  ELD7289827   Printed in 2006  issue of 2004

yep ...they made 10 million of them...
It is not an error ..Engraved Issue of 2004.. is when the note was designed and engraved.
Printed is obviuous ....
You would have a real find if it was printed in 2003 ... :o
