Title: 2004 $20 EYG 4.7mil ERROR

Hello all,

Found a couple errors in the 2004 $20's, in the beginning of October.
EYG 4749599 & EYG 4749601
The 2 notes were miscut, which cut off the front & back plate numbers.
The notes are the exact same size, but 1 side is a little longer and the other side is a little shorter. The side that is shorter is the side where the plate numbers would be.
I scanned a regular note beside the error so the difference can been seen.

Another try on the scan, if I can't get it to work...Any Suggestions ??

 Paul was saying that he is having problems with attachments for now. There is a bug he needs to workout I'm sure he'll have that fixed as soon as possible.

Until Paul gets the attachment thing working, users can contact me by PM or email with a request to host images on my webspace.  I'll reply to the requests ASAP with a place where you can send the images for me to upload them.
