Title: Repeater or just a cool # ?

I got in change today HNM 0600600, now is this note considered a repeater or just a regular note with an interesting #...?

Well for what I've seen on eBay, it's not a repeater, it would have to be something like HNM6000600 (the three first numbers must be repeat after the middle number, more clearly XXX1230123).

I think that a repeater radar would be something like the prefix followed by, for example, 8787878, 2424242, 7373737, etc., or maybe 1017101, 4647464, etc. 8)
