This little problem with the security strip seems to happen every 50 or so notes. Looks like a finger on the application roller was too hot causing the strip to melt as it was applied. Notice what seems to be melted material on the center line of the void. Have also noticed about a 1/4" horizontal variation in the positioning of the security thread. Don't seem to ba able to attach a pic so will insert a link in a few minutes.
