Title: how does this happen
Post by: Newfie Nightmare on December 15, 2010, 11:03:56 am
Don't think it's an error, but, how does a bill get printed "smaller" than it should be... It's definitely not counter-fit, and shows no sign of being trimmed.  Could it shrink in some body's dryer??

Have a look at this post, it should answer the question. If it does not, please ask.
