Title: New Inverted Serials/Seal Error Pickup

Wow, cool error!  And to be found with the bookends too..

The FRB ink (black seal with the A and the four numeral 1s) is also upside down.  It looks like the FRB ink and the green ink are actually printed correctly with respect to the edges of the paper, and it's the black ink that's upside down, giving the appearance of also being an out of register printing error.
