Yesterday, I couldn't find a single bank in Kitchener or Waterloo that had them. Today, none of the TD Canada Trust branches have any, but I did find some at both of the two RBC branches in Waterloo that I contacted.

Almost every bank in the downtown core of Toronto had them, except for BMOs. I was told theywere expecting them nearer Christmas.  :-\

Scotiabank main commercial branch in Vancouver (Georgia at Seymour) had them available at 10am PST on the day of issue.
