Title: Bill with E at the start of the seriel number

Any significance to the E?  Just started looking at my $ after finding this forum.

Found the year, it is 1987 (I think, no magnifying glass)

Ebtubaman what you have is quite common, it's from the 1991 issue and the Cat. number is CTC S13-F. You are correct in your reading of the date 1987, however this is because they reused the same plates from 1987 in 1991. They're not worth any great value as there were over two million printed, even in uncirculated condition I wouldn't expect to get more then 4 or 5 dollars. I hope this helps.
