Title: 1988 $100 notes

I received 2 $100 1988 notes, I am just wondering about how to
Grade those.  Seems perfect no band no mark no toning.

But 2 small pinhole shows under the light


So what s the hightest grade can it gets??

No tonig means it has regular color.
