Some interesting information.
This was quite interesting. Out of 408 Ranges, 0nly 15 were down.
How many were up?
-
89 Ranges were up, the rest excluding first time appearances were flat totaling 282.
My personal opinion has been that the book values are grossly over valued. Generally speaking sellers think the book is right and the buyers are not willing to spend nearly as much as what the book says (set mostly by dealers) The bid and ask spread is much too wide and so you have very few sales and so here comes the following catalogue and most notes are flat. It will take some time to digest the rest of the book but it started off being quite interesting.

MG
