Title: APN 0.004-0.005... where are they?

Imagine an insert note so rare, nobody owns one.  Well, that appears to be the case if we look at the high-lows for $5 prefix APN.  The lowest note recorded for this prefix is 0005026, meaning nobody has a SNR insert APN 0004000-0004999.  So is there anyone here brave enough to admit they have one?  If so, would you care to enter the details in the Serial Number Database?  The trade-off is you get the bragging rights that come with having the lowest serial number that also happens to be an insert note.
