JOB POSTING: CPMS WEBMASTER
The Canadian Paper Money Society is searching to fill a current vacancy as webmaster of the CPMS website at http://www.cpmsonline.ca. Candidates should be web savvy and willing to spend two to three hours a week on administrative tasks which include:
- Answering questions or forwarding questions to executive members;
- Processing membership payments;
- Uploading current issues of the Journal (4x per year) to the website, and sending an email to members to let them know of the availability of the new issue;
- Responding to forgotten password requests;
- Updating the list of executive members (1 x per year);
- Ensuring the website is backed up; restore site if a crash were to occur;
- Ensure that the service operates without interruption;
- Ensure that invoices from the internet service provider are forwarded to the secretary for payment;
A compensation arrangement is currently being considered by the executive.
