Title: New CTC S32-E12 50¢ note found first in Port Alberni, BC

CTCCC member #880 got a new 50¢ note at his local CTC store yesterday.  This is the first issue of 50¢ notes to be released in the CTC S32 series. Thank you Fred for reporting this wonderful find.
