Title: $5 Journey error?

Hi,

I came across this note the other day at work.  It has almost twice the normal margin widthwise on the left side of the note.  On closer inspection, there appears to be some of the microprinting (the west block of parliament...etc) from the next note on the very edge.  

The first scan is one of the whole note...it may look like a regular note, but wait until you see the next scan...
