The CBN Layout 5 provided on the Wiki is substantially different than the CBN Layout 5 first described in CPMS March 2009 Newsletter and again reiterated in CPMS September 2010 Newsletter.
Is it safe to assume that the Wiki layout is more current?
Is there some trail that provides information or rationale behind the changes from the CBN-Layout 5 published in September 2010 Newsletter to the one on the Wiki?
