Title: DB didnt recognise replacement

I entered a Journey ten today and didn't get  the replacement notification.
The bill is BEV 4591667 83 71

That's because it's not a replacement. You are confusing the 0.450-0.720 range with your note. For example BEV 0450231 would fall into that range. Your note is far off from the range.
