Title: smudging of serial number on polymer bill

So I noticed this smudging on the zeroes which I thought was odd.
Spender or keeper?

I looked at image and it looked to me less a smudge but more the 0 overtop exactly the image behind it giving the impression of a smudge.  either way, i would not keep it and i correct error notes.

Yes, you are right it is not really smudged but the 0 overtop; good eye!
I shall be spending it.  Thank you for taking the time to look at the image and reply to me, I appreciate it!   :)
