Title: Uncut sheets of bank notes

I was wondering if any uncut sheets of bank notes were ever offered in denominations larger than $10?

As a second question, what is the current value of the $10 sheet?  It seems to be the toughest one to find.
My search on this forum only had responses that were a few years old.  A look at the J&M site shows $5 sheets for $750, and the sold out $10 for $650 at some point in time.

There was once a rumor about sheets of anything being available: http://www.cdnpapermoney.com/forum/index.php?topic=229.msg1100#msg1100

But the rumor has not been confirmed by anyone else that I know of.
