Title: 1954 dollar note larger than it should be and off register

This note is longer than usual, and is also off register. The scan shows a line at the top left of the image which I believe would be from another bill. Also the entire note is off kilter which is of course to be expected. Condition of the note is good, no folds or creases.
I have no idea on how to classify this note and would like an opinion please.
