Hello Guys,
The note is BC-21d.The Charlton mentions $8 if VG, however on lower serial numbered notes table is RARE as being under 100.
What will be then a market price ?
Thank you in advance for your opinion.

You might want to see this thread https://cdnpapermoney.com/index.php?topic=15554.0 for discussion of a similar note. Yours is not a $20 note and not as low either. I would say that somewhere in the $100-$250 range would be reasonable to expect.
They are quite scarce as they were not really saved but "RARE" might be a bit of an overstatement. Certainly in any condition approaching UNC I would consider a low serial < 100 to be rare but we do see lower grade examples showing up from time to time.

I would offer abit more. If this were UNC, it would be worth thousands and if it were an osborne signature a small fortune

To each his own. I have to say that I like the 1000001 note that EDI posted a lot more than this one.

Both notes are hard to find and it comes down to preference. I was glad both notes where shared (thank you)
