The new $10 bill has been in circulation for over a year now, and to this day they are very hard to come by in Newfoundland, where i live. I feel as if, of the very small number of new $10s printed, most of them are likely seen in Ontario and Quebec.
It is becoming pretty clear that banks in my province have parted ways with ordering $10 bills, and I wonder if it is cheaper to order twice as many $5 bills as opposed to fewer $10s?
